Shipping Policy

Processing time is 5 -7 Business Days for any orders including custom items.

We ship items Mon- Fri. via USPS. Express Mail via USPS is available for both ready to ship and custom items. Please consider the processing time for custom orders when selecting Express Shipping. Please contact us at support@westinhousedesigns.com for availability.

Return Policy

Returns are excepted if shipped within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns nor Exchanges are accepted on sale, clearance or items specific to a chapter or line.
